We have maintained for several years a site dedicated to Superbowl commercials, it was our way to appreciate the creativity of these smart individuals working in the marketing & advertising industry.
For those, not familiar with the concept of the superbowl, it is an annual championship game of the National Football League. The Video ads run during the halftime or game breaks, on the TV networks broadcasting the games, can be summarized as being the original Viral Videos.
Anyhow, these videos are the top of the top of what the marketing industry can offer. They vary from animation videos to standard commercial, but i can guarantee you, that the minute long video is as interesting as your favorite movie!
And it usually costs as much to produce & air during the Superbowl !
The cost of a 30-second Super Bowl commercial is around $5.2 million.
Due to various factors, like difficulty to keep track of the videos that are being removed and no longer available, we decided to shut the Superbowl dedicated site down. I will instead dedicate this post to the best of the Superbowl Commercials & update it frequently.
